Green Room
The Green Room is our private dining and event space located within APEX Everett. Designed with the feel of an upscale living room, it offers a warm and intimate setting for meetings, celebrations, cocktail receptions, rehearsal dinners, and private dining events.
The space can accommodate up to 40 guests seated or approximately 60 guests for a more casual reception-style gathering. The Green Room features comfortable furnishings, a private atmosphere, and easy access to our food and beverage services, making it an ideal option for smaller events that still want a unique and elevated experience.

How do I reserve a space?
Contact us through our website or by email to discuss your event. A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your date.
What are the rental rates?
Rental rates vary depending on the space, event type, date, guest count, and event needs. Contact us for a customized quote
Is catering available?
Yes. Catering is available through our in-house culinary team. Outside caterers may be permitted with prior approval, a catering fee, and proof of licensing and insurance.
Do you provide bar service?
Yes. We offer hosted bars, no-host bars, drink tickets, and customized beverage packages. All alcohol must be served by our licensed staff.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
No. Due to our liquor license, all alcohol must be provided and served by our staff.
Can I bring my own decorations?
Yes. Personal decorations are welcome; however, open flames, nails, tacks, glitter, confetti, and anything that may damage the venue are not permitted.
Do you provide AV equipment?
Many of our spaces include built-in audio and visual capabilities. Additional sound, lighting, staging, and production services may be arranged upon request.
Is parking available?
Yes. Onsite parking is available, along with nearby parking options for larger events.
Do you require event insurance?
Event insurance may be required depending on the type of event. All outside vendors and caterers must provide proof of licensing and insurance.
How much setup and teardown time is included?
Setup and teardown time varies by rental package and event type. Additional access time may be available for an additional fee.
Can I schedule a tour?
Absolutely. We encourage prospective clients to schedule a tour so we can recommend the best space for their event and discuss catering, bar service, and event details.
Do you offer nonprofit or community discounts?

Policies vary by event space and event type. Some areas of the venue are 21+.
What is the capacity of each space?
Capacity varies by room and event setup. We offer spaces for intimate gatherings as well as large-scale events of up to 850 guests.
Do you offer tables, chairs, and linens?
Tables and chairs and black linens are included with most rentals. Additional rental items and specialty linens can be arranged upon request.
